One of the most brutal concentration camps of the Second World War was Stutthof found in Gdansk, and Stutthof was the site where thousands of prisoners were executed. But there were many other horrific aspects of Stutthof and there were many female guards who worked inside of the camp. One of these was known as Herta Bothe, who was known for beating prisoners with her bare hands.

There were some female guards who were executed at the Stutthof Trials, and these women were known for their brutal behaviour. There were executions then carried out as these women were executed on a large gallows on Biskupia Gorka Hill in Gdansk.
